Reconstituting peptide vials:
- First figure out how much bac water is needed for the vial and wipe top of bac water vial with alcohol prep pad/wipe.
- Then draw needle up to desired amount of bac water you will be taking out in air form (to take 1ml of bac water put 1ml of air into the syringe before taking out bac water).
- Now stick the needle into the bac water vial and turn it upside down and inject air, draw out the same amount of bac water as air injected to keep an even vacuum in the bac water vial.
- Wipe peptide vial with alcohol prep pad/wipe and inject the needle with bac water in at an angle to make the bac water slide down the side of peptide vial instead of shooting straight into the powder, and the liquid should get drawn out due to the vacuum of the vials. (While doing this you may need to hold the plunger of the needle to slow down the liquid)
- Once all liquid has drawn out of needle (you may need to help it sometimes by slightly pushing it making sure it doesn’t shoot out fast), you need to roll the vial gently in your finger tips until dissolved and DO NOT SHAKE IT as this would ruin the peptide.
- Now repeat these steps until you have reached the correct amount of bac water for your peptides reconstitution.
REMEMBER to store all reconstituted peptides in refrigeration at 2-8 degrees Celsius.
